Help, I've forgotten my password!
Enter your Berry ID number at the top-right of VikingWeb. Next, click the question mark button in the password field. A temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your VikingWeb account. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk/spam folders.
How do I log in to my timesheet?
Use your Active Directory login (the same one used for lab computers, wireless access, etc).
Can I keep my Berry Email after graduation?
Yes. To keep your account active, please log in at least once a year.
My ReACT account is locked. What do I do?
Call the technical support desk at 706-238-5838.
How can I download Microsoft Office?
Microsoft Office, including Skype for Business, is available for free download to Berry students through mail.berry.edu. Log in and click the gear in the top-right. Go to My App Settings and select Office365.

How do I request an unofficial transcript?
From the "Students" tab, click on "Self-Service" under the Miscellaneous heading or in the left-hand menu. Then click on "Click here to continue to the Enroll Verificator/Loan Locator". This will pull up a page where you can place your order. Requests by phone or by e-mail are not accepted.
