Common Questions

How do I apply to Berry?

If you would like to submit an application, please click here. If you would like to know more about Berry College, visit our main Admissions page at berry.edu.

I just completed my online application. What can I expect next?

You should receive an email within the next few days to provide your ID number and a password to access Berry's VikingWeb. On VikingWeb you will be able to check the status of your application and review the receipt of credentials in your application folder..

How do I log into VikingWeb?

To log into VikingWeb, enter the ID number the Office of Admissions provided you as your Berry ID and your password at the top right of the screen. If you have not received your VikingWeb login information after 2 to 3 days of completing your application, you can contact the Office of Admissions at admissions@berry.edu..

How can I view my admissions status and folder items?

After logging in to VikingWeb, click on the "Admissions" tab. You will be able to check the progress of your application ("View Admissions Status") and review credentials received or not received ("View Folder Items").

How do I receive a VikingWeb password?

If you have not received your VikingWeb login information from the Office of Admissions after 2 to 3 days of completing your application, you can contact Admissions at admissions@berry.edu.

If you know your Berry ID number, but have forgotten your password, enter the ID at the top right of the page. Do NOT use your e-mail username (i.e., jsmith or john.smith). Next, click the question mark button in the password field. A randomly generated string of characters will be sent to the email address associated with your VikingWeb account.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folders to ensure that the email is not located there. Another thing to consider is the email may have been routed to one of your old email accounts. To update your email address on file, email the Office of Admissions at admissions@berry.edu with your full name, date of birth, and the email address you would prefer to have on file for official correspondence at Berry.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you request a new password or other information from Berry, your email provider may have routed this information to your spam folder. Please check this folder for correspondence and mark all e-mails as "Not Spam" to help prevent further problems.

When do I receive my Berry email address?

You will receive your Berry email account when you attend SOAR (Student Orientation Advising and Registration).

Who do I contact if I have additional questions?

Please email admissions@berry.edu for assistance.
