KIN 352. Cardiovascular Exercise Physiology 2-1-3
This course will introduce students to the physiology, physics, and energetics of the human cardiovascular system both at rest and during exercise. Topics covered will include the anatomy and physiology of the heart, blood physiology, the physics of blood flow and cardiac output, as well as the response of the circulatory system to static and dynamic exercise. Students will also learn basic electrocardiograph (ECG) interpretation. PR: BIO 207. PR or CR: PHY 111.
