Special issues and topics of concern indentified by educational leaders and administrators. Candidates will describe and examine through performance-based activities school/district issues that may include site-based budgeting, federal funds, infrastructure financing, school revenues, tax sources, accountability, vouchers, budget preparation, master scheduling, facility plans, construction, site locations, maintenance, community involvement, politics of education, school boards, school choice, charter schools, parent involvement and other related topics.
